I have Office 2011 Outlook for Mac (v.14.4.1) and connect it with an Exchange server. On some e-mails I can see there are attachments, but they are grayed out. I can not forward or reply to these e-mails. When opening the same Exchange account in MacMail, there is no issue at all, same goes for OWA and OMA: both work perfectly. The only location with issues is my Outlook 2011.

It also seems to be random: From several domains (including the ones I have placed in "safe domains"). Sometimes it happens with small attached images, sometimes with larger attached documents. Sometimes with Excel, sometimes with PNG, JPG, etc. I can't find a regularity in the issue.

Can anybody help me here? I have searched the web for a solution, but I can not find related issues.
