Some alias emails are undelivered to home outlook 2013

Aliased Live.ca in outlook.com
Running outlook 2013 on home computer
E-mail account is @outlook.com and about 95% of emails to either outlook.com or live.ca are delivered to home outlook 2013.

For wahtever reason some emails are on outlook.com In Box never get delivered to home PC outlook 2013.

Seems to be limited to the alias address not emails addressed to outlook.com

Any suggestions before I spend days finding and changing all live.ca addresses to outlook.com???
