I am trying to add links to my various social media profiles, to the signature that appears at the foot of my emails.

Problem is, anyone 'clicking' on one of those links is taken to the 'Sign in/Sign up' page of the relevant social media website. Is it possible to bypass the 'Sign in/Sign up' page, so they go straight to my profile?
