So incompetent. I need my hotmail fixed asap

Spoke to chat about this issue, they forwarded me to answerdesk and they told me they dont support hotmail, i thought microsoft was more professional than this..

i keep getting this error when trying to log into hotmail

Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.


I tried different browsers, deleting history, checking status... and everything the chat person told me to do to no avail..

I need this fixed asap, i have important information on there..., my other account works fine so idk whats wrong.
