In earlier versions of Photo Gallery, there was a method to convert and save a photo in black and white (still is).  There was, also, a snipping tool so one could snip and copy the snipped portion to another photo (usually the b&w), thereby creating art effects.  Is this still available?  I can't find it anywhere.  I have WPG 2011.
