Windows Live Mail 2012 cannot send mail. I'm getting this error:

The connection to the server has failed.

Server: 'smtphm.sympatico.ca'

Port: 25
Secure(SSL): Yes
Socket Error: 10013

Bell's alternate port is 587 and I've tried it as well. Has anyone been able to get this to work?
