I just got this desktop, and the headset is brand new. When I call someone on skype, they can hear me, but I can't hear them. When I go onto things like YouTube, I can hear things just fine,  so it only doesn't work on skype. I checked the way its plugged in, but on skype, it says the connection speed is unknown between me and everybody. No matter who I call, it always says the connection speed is unknown.
