I am running two Win 8.1 machines.  I save all of my documents to skydrive.  I have two issues. 

1. On one machine the same 41 files (out of >20k files) always show as "downloading" although individually they all say "completed".  Why?

2. on the second machine I have some file list icons with new additions e.g. the blue arrows on the following:

Where can I find guidance on what these icon add ons mean?
