I have tried going into the "C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\SkyDrive\settings" folder and deleting the downloads.txt.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  I have tried restarting. I ahve closed and reopened skydrive.  I have logged onto the web-app, and renamed folders. I have repeated the above.  I have tried different combinations of the above.

My problem: I did a lot of work the past several weeks on my work computer.  I am now on my home computer, and I can't get skydrive to downoad these files!  They show up in the web app, but I can't get them to download.  Skydrive just perpetually states that it is "processing changes."  

Info from Task Manager: 0% CPU, 0.1 MB/s disc, 0Mbps network, 24.5 MB memory.
