It ran through the night, and in the morning reported that all was done. I checked the sizes of the locations and when it correlated, I disconnected skydrive, and selectively wiped skydrive.com.

When I later went back into my amazon resource, it was clear that skydrive did not fully sync, and I had a huge amount of empty folders.

I need my skydrive data restored to a month ago, or whatever period later than 2 weeks.
