Two Win 7 computers previously syncing seamlessly.  After updating Win7 including installing IE11 both had broken SkyDrive.

The laptop with 64bit Win7 Home Premium seems to be OK now.   The  desktop running 32bit Win7 Professional will not sync properly even after many repeated restart, uninstall, reinstalls.  Also somehow many additional files are created on the desktop pc then automatically deleted.  These files are given names like original name-my pc-my pc-my pc(2).  This seems similar to MichaelMagone's posted issue.  How do fix this?
