I see the same issues on both of my machines. At some point SkyDrives just stops downloading my files. In my case there weren't 5 files remaining but 1000+. Setting the files in the queue to online only and switching back to offline seems to help but at some point it just stops downloading again.

Also the "Access all files offline" setting always resets to "off".
