I have upgraded to Windows 8.1 from 8. Now my SkyDrive doesn't not work at all. I cannot view any files or upload anything. This includes other computers, the web browser app, my Android phone using the MS SkyDrive app etc. All fail to show any files, or allow me to upload anything.

In Windows, the SkyDrive folder link has a yellow triangle exclamation mark on. No files show.

In Windows Metro app - says skydrive is temporarily unavailable

In skydrive.live.com, no files appear. Uploading says "Sorry, there was a problem uploading this file. Please try again"

In android says "Your SkyDrive is empty", upload says "1 file could not be uploaded"

This problem is not unique to my windows install as it fails on every device.
