Our Skydrive account has been shutdown twice in the last 2 days for " suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft's Terms of Use agreement or Code of Conduct."
Contacting contact customer support has resulted in no response at all (the online form does not appear to work), phone support
does not exist for Skydrive even though it is a paid account.
We have not been sent an email identifying the reasons (photos in question) and now have no access to our account or albums.
Please help!
