I cannot understand why my skydrive account has been temporarily suspended. The message on the app, suggests there has been violation to terms of use, although I am struggling to locate anything suspect that may warrant this.

I submitted via email a form to on line support a few days ago and was given ticket ref no 1215600549, there appears to be no way of liaising direct with them to discuss, how long does normally take to rectify. 

Can anyone help please. Thank you
