Also, even if the tags did transfer with the photo, there is no way to search and organize using the tag information.
Why doesn't Microsoft just use Live Photo Gallery on Skydrive to let us view and search saved photos?
I use Live Photo Gallery to save, edit and tag my photos, but when I save photos to Skydrive the tags are not there.
