SkyDrive on Windows 8.1 not showing Photo Thumbnail Previews

The SkyDrive experience within the File Explorer in the Desktop mode is not showing the thumbnails for photos.  I am using Windows 8.1 RT Preview.  It had been working properly but is not working anymore.
