I installed the Windows 8.1 Preview on a Windows 8 machine, in part because of the promise of better Skydrive integration.  Instead, SkyDrive has stopped working.  It lists 102 files as "pending", but the number never changes, and no new files are synced to the cloud.  No error messages or warnings ... it just doesn't work.  

Help!
