On my Windows 8.1 Pro PC SkyDrive does not Sync, the SkyDrive folder remains empty though using a web browser and another PC shows nearly 4GB of content.

If you launch the SkyDrive MUI App you get the update animation at the top of the screen that never ends and no filed are downloaded.

In task manager under details FileMangers.exe shows as Suspended.

Additional Info: I have a Windows 8.1 Tablet (Dell XPS18) that updates perfectly fine.
