I've been experiencing this for about two weeks now. Skydrive seems to be stuck on "Processing Changes". When I go into my folder that it's trying to sync, one file has been trying to sync for the past two weeks. I can open it just fine. I looked at some solutions I found on here but nothing worked, I've tried downloading it, and deleting it from Skydrive, and re-uploading. I've also tried to sign out of Skydrive from this PC, and sign back in, but nothing has changed. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks.
