Apperantly someone hacked my account and spread a download link to share my backup files (my e-books ...) and before I knew it my account was blocked. I noticed that folders were shared, so I unshared the folders and changed the password. Didn't have time to move my files to another safer location and decided to keep that for another day ... and that day never came since I don't have any access to my SkyDrive nor my email.
Spend a fortune calling the "customer support" (yeah right, no support would be a better name!!) and finally I found a small issue that made it able for me to get some help. The answer I got was that it wasn't related to my email and that I should contact the SkyDrive help via some form. Filled in that form several times 'cause you didn't get any confirmation as to whether the form was send ... still no answer till today ...
Finally found this forum and another form to be used ... sigh ...
WHY is there no easy way to get some support from Microsoft??? WHY is there NO mail access when there's a problem with the SkyDrive??
WHY are there no easy to be found contactnumbers or mailforms to request support??
PLEASE HELP ME since I desperately do need to forward those emails to the Justice Department as it is related to a court issue!!
