Remediation:

1. Unlink from web browser, ran through setup and choose the same folder where I had all my files that I wanted to upload on Skydrive. After processing changes for an hour, Windows app still shows SkyDrive Full.

Request assistance to rectify fault, or provide remediation procedure.
