SkyDrive files not uploading on Mac

I have SkyDrive for Mac. For over a week my edits have not uploaded. Last night I left it running overnight and only 15MB uploaded. 

My files are downloading, very slowly, but they are not uploading making SkyDrive unusable as a cross-OS syncing tool.

Version: 17.0.2012.0705

I have already tried the concurrent upload trick and it has not worked.
