Since upgrading to 8.1, skydrive has made all my files read-only and I can no longer do anything with them.  I have a bunch of excel files for example, that I use and edit on a regular basis, but now I cannot edit them, because not they are all read-only.

I have tried various settings and made the folders available offline, but nothing seems to work.  This is kinda the point to skydrive. I should be able to work on my files anywhere, and have them stay in sync.  Now I can only save and edit a file locally, then copy to skydrive, then download somewhere else etc..  It should not be this way.  The old desktop app worked just fine and I never had issues.  Now nothing works.
