Since  the update to the last version (17.0.2015.811) was applied I keep getting this error. Never saw this before that. I also tried to do a clean reinstall, the same. It appears 2-3 times before I login. After that it works OK.

The problem  is that even if I install the older version the update is applied automatically. What can be done?
