I'm experiencing the following problem since I upgraded my three Mac sharing the same Skydrive account to 10.9 maverick. Each time I start one of my computers synchronisation starts and runs fine. New or modified files are then uploaded to the cloud or vice versa.

However, after this first sync it seems that the syncDrive application falls at sleep and does not take into consideration any of the changes made locally on the skydrive or on the cloud.

The only way I have found to circumvent this problem and get my files synchronized is either to re-start my computer (very annoying !) or to quit the Skydrrive application and start it again (less annoying but not very friendly :-)). 

Any explanation for that issue ?
