I noticed my skydrive desktop app wasn't running and couldn't get a response from it so I uninstalled it and downloaded the latest installer from the website but it fails to install. After the security check to make sure I want to do the install it starts a progress bar which almost completes then freezes for a few seconds and then closes. No error messages are displayed and as far as I can tell nothing was installed. I'm running windows 8.1 pro preview build 9431. Can anyone give me an idea what to do from here?
