Skydrive deletes files in the web and begins to upload again.

I am having a big problem in the past weeks. I have over 50GB in skydrive. And every once in a while I notice activity in the Skydrive icon.... and bingo... all or a big part of the files have been deleted in the cloud and the system begins uploading from my mac. I have a very high speed connection (100mb up/100mb down) but have a 120GB monthly cap.
I shutdown skydrive on my mac, go to the web, restore all the files from the trash, and then restart skydrive on the mac. So far I have been able to catch it, but one day it will eat up my monthly cap, and will get very angry and have to go back to dropbox.

I have a Mac Mini late 2012, I7, 16GB RAM, 2 SSD drives in RAID 0, and OS X 10.8.5 (12F37).

Help!!!
