I have had a Telstra bigpond account migrated by Telstra. They changed the password on my email (which is linked to the live account). As a result Skydrive on my PC needed to be reset up to use the new password which then has forced a full resync of all
files. Also noticed that when I manage the skydrive account using the new password it is showing that I only have a 7 gb account although I previously purchased an 100gb upgrade. The result is my files are not syncing and I have no usable skydrive. I need
urgent assistance to fix the account problems. (NB Skydrive on Windows 7)
