Upgraded to Windows 8.1 and skydrive no longer functions.  I have another machine running Windows 7 and still am able to access my content, but the Windows 8.1 machine is not syncing any longer.


Troubleshooting steps taken:

- Uninstalled Skydrive

- Deleted Skydrive userprofile folder

- Downloaded new Skydrive installer

- Ran setup

- Installer launches, progress bar reaches complete, then nothing
