Skydrive and Skydrive Pro

 I am an Office365 small business subscriber.

Trying to use OneNote and save to Skydrive Pro in my Office365.

OneNote has me log into a Skydrive account the has the same email but a different password.  I don't see how to save it to Skydrive Pro.

What do I need to do?
