Hi,

I on Sept 26 received an email from the Skydrive team saying, due to a performance issue, my skydrive account has been turned read-only. Now it's been about two weeks, and my account is still read-only. As a paid user, I am very unsatisfied with the downtime. I would really be glad to know if someone can help to turn it back to normal.
