I have been locked out of my SkyDrive account.
I tried to log on and access my files from a "new device" (This being my current Surface2, since the account originally was created on a different Surface2)
When attempting logon, I recieved a message from SkyDrive saying "Confirm Security Information", but when I did this, it just sent me a code which it wouldn't accept.
I then altered my "Security Device Settings" and set it to "Phone" instead of "Email". This resulted in a 30 day lock of my account due to "Security reasons".
My problem is that I have put all my things in my SkyDrive - I need to access it in order to teach my students.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
(I have already contacted Surface Support Desk and was referred to post here)
