I have a phone with Windows operating system. It has the option to back up pictures and such with Skydrive. One day, it just quit working. I tried to log in and got this message, "Skydrive account was closed due to a violation in the Terms of Service."
I followed the instructions on the screen to contact support. Received an email back saying that my account wasn't closed, and I can now log in to my account. The problem is I cannot get Skydrive to work on my phone now. It will not back up my pics. It gives
me this message, "We can't update albums right now. Looks like this album's empty." It has been giving me this message for weeks, but when I go on my account online, my pictures are there. Thanks.
