Hi,
    I've been having difficulty helping my sister recover her Hotmail account. She only used it on her iphone and the password was stored in there so she does not remember it. The recovery process has 2 options -
1, Use the recovery email address she set up which is her ex-boyfriends and she does not want to use this. 
2, Fill in the recovery questionnaire. - We have done this several time but are unable to provide enough info and just keep getting referred back to the start.   Whilst I'm aware why it should not be easy to recover an email address surely there must be an alternative method from these two options, Just seem to be going round in circles.
Any advice appreciated.
