Since I set up Outlook,com, can’t get to my inbox, message ‘Outlook seems to have a problem now” appears,” can you solve this

I'm on Windows 7 family premium edition. Is this the problem.... think I saw something about Windows 8...

I log in with my email adress and password but then the message outlook seems to have problems now appears. 

Can you help me to get my access back?
