Since hotmail was replaced by outlook my accounts were de-linked and I cannot access my second account

I had 2 hotmail accounts which were linked. now after Outlook replaced hotmail, I lost access to my second account. Account recovery does not work because I cannot provide enough data on this account. what do I do?
