Since a week,OUTLOOK doenst recognize adresses of my list of contacts.Also my son on his lapto happends the same.When it will be repaired,please?

REPEAT: SINCE A WEEK,OUTLOOK accounts,DONT RECOGNIZE CONTACTS ADRESSES,unable to send or resend emails unless typing each adress separately one by one,not automatically,when typing first tab.-WHEN IT WILL BE REPAIRED,PLEASE?
