Hello,

I ran across an interesting problem today.  I synced up my email using the Outlook.com mobile app on my Android device (version 7.8.2.11) and most of it synced properly, except two of the four emails I was looking for.  There are two sets of two messages that came in at similar times from the same sender with similar subjects and messages.  It was from winning two back to back auctions and it was the automated winning notification and the personal request to pay for each of them.  Only the older message from both sets actually synced to my mobile device, despite all 4 messages being displayed in my Inbox on the Outlook.com website.  I tried re-syncing and changing settings all over the place, it would not bring down the similar emails.

Is it possible that the sync algorithm is comparing certain parts of the messages and senders which cause it to lump the similar emails together?  Perhaps it really thinks there is only one email and is weeding out the second one assuming it is a duplicate post from the syncing process?

I really want to like this program but the syncing issues and scrolling issues are really starting to get to me.

Can someone please help?

Thanks.

- Mark
