I recently had a problem signing on to sky drive ,it says password incorrect,I know the pass code is correct,I used a iPad 2 to open the account,I did not use a app,sign on using safari,now it is telling me my password is incorrect,I recently had to open a new account under a different pass code n name,I I have some important pics I need from my first  account ,how do I get back into the account ,am told that it is not closed, n for some reason I cannot use the links to reset because I never set that up could you please help me
