Due to disability, combined with computer dying, I have been unable to attempt to sign into my LONGTIME ESTABLISHED hotmail.com account now...Please reply with any solution to revive  my older account...I attempted to sign up for a new 'outlook.com' account and received a message stating I would be PHONE TEXTED A CODE???..I have not received anything to my phone provided either. Furthermore, all associated Microsoft pages used while looking for a way to access or re-establish my original Hotmail.com account displays my name at the top right of page and the 'sign out option beside it...

I would really like to have access to my original hotmail email account as it was also 'connected/associated with my other hotmail accounts (which I also haven't accessed in a few months due to my circumstances.
