Sign-in

I have tried to log in like 10 times but failed to access my mail- only to return me to the sign-in page.
i have tried to reset my password 3 times but it tell me to reset another one.
On top of this, i have my 2-step verifications on my phone and email acc. which i used the code sent to log in 
but only returned to sign in page.
what could be the problem or my acc has been comprosied by someone.
