For we folks who are 'computer dummies' you need to provide simple, readable instructions for accomplishing items related to Live mail. I got along fine thru WinXP3 and its email but this latest is driving me nuts!!! It starts from simple items like wanting to Forward a received msg; can't do it without jumping thru hoops that shouldn't be necessary. I remember seeing Forward 'somewhere' in the Outlook.com mess but it doesn't come to mind when I need it. Also, Signing-IN: my Sign-in lasts for the blink of any eye! Believe I should be able to sign-in, send a message or two, and then be able to return in 10 - 15 minutes without a complete new Sign-in. Biggest **** is "mail box is full" and we're turning away traffic. Found this condition 2 days ago and even after cleaning down to 6 - 7 Sents and 5or 6 Incomings I STILL was told there wasn't any space which frustrated some friends. There at least needs to be a sufficient buffer warning before I'm cut-off! These are just a couple of my complaints, haven't time for more now. Would like a clarifying response in addition to how to make Outlook easier and friendlier rather than the mess it is now. A computer geek may know where to go/what to do when a block is hit, but it is your responsibility to make life and the product easy to use. AND BY THE WAY, how do I communicate with Admin who sends all the messes to me. If I can email perhaps I will gain an understanding of your needs. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
