I am trying to set up an Outlook.com email address in MS Outlook. The email setup wizard won't find the server. I suspect this is because I'm not using the correct POP/SMTP. Please advise>>

Or, alternatively, is there a way to import a complete .pst file into Outlook.com and keep that info on the cloud?
