Does any body know how to set the Live SkyDrive tile in Windows 8.1 back to it's first time use, more specifically, how  do i get this screen back.  I clicked on the close button, now I can't get back the default picture and box that says "This is your cloud storage."  You could get it back on Windows 8 by simply reinstalling the SkyDrive app from the Windows Store.  There must be a Registry Value or something I can set back to get my default screen back. Sure would appreciate any help.
