I have looked through the advice for this, but am happy the port and other settings are correct as identical to another account which has no problems. I have switched off norton 360 for outgoing emails.

i think it started after trying to send some very large data files which failed. deleted them  but now having this problem.

Rang microsoft, said they can't help and would have to post on the forum.

don't know how to fix. can anyone help please.
