Hi. i have just installed windows 7 from vista. due to this i now have to use windows live mail. i have 3 email accounts. Sky. EE and uwclub and all fail with.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Sky account. The connection to the server has failed.

no matter what i try it fails. i have set up temp Mozilla Thunderbird software and all my account work with same settings.

it like windows live mail is just blocking or not trying to work. i use nortons and internet security and even if i disable firewall it fails. 

please can someone help.
