I am receiving the error (Server Error ox800488eb) on two different laptops when I try to access my email via windows live.  I  normally use Outlook via the Outlook connector.  One computer is running window 7 the other windows vista see image below.  I have an old MSN email address that I think has been moved to Hotmail?

 I am able to access email through Outlook.com but I find that cumbersome and I am also able to access via my Samsung 5 phone.

Thought or help that anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.
