I am having the same Server Error 5102 and Windows Live mail Error.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (toddlamarche) account.

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

 I am worried about removing my account and reconfiguring as I have tons of folders in the account with all my history. If I remove and reconfigure what happens to my folders?
