Can anyone help me please.  For the past 5 days I can't access my live mail and I keep getting

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times but the problem persists.  Can someone PLEASE help me fix this frustrasting problem?
